30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Hygiene Notice (Important)

Due to hygiene reasons, worn or used socks cannot be returned or refunded.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, please return your item and place a new order.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

To protect both our customers and our business:

  • All orders are verified with shipping and tracking confirmation
  • Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
    • Order dispute evidence submission
    • Restriction from future purchases
